Att: Amanda Waller [TheWall@netallworld.net] From: Incognito [MysteryMan@crimepays.com] Here is all the information I managed to hack out of the SHIELD Files before I was kicked out. It seems that whatever has been happening within that organization, their security via the computers has been sharply increased. After retrieving this information my secret base was soon infiltrated by SHIELD Agents and all my technology confiscated, and I barely escaped with my freedom. I will be sending you a bill for all the lost equipment. I hope this information is of some use to you. |
| Queen, Oliver Alter ego(s): (current) none; (former) Green Arrow, White Bishop Group Affiliations: A founding member of the now-defunct Champions, former member of the Avengers League, former member and White Bishop of the Los Angeles chapter of the Hellfire Club, former White King of Checkmate, former member of Taskforce X and Suicide Squad, current Field Director for Strategic Hazardous Intervention & Espionage Law Division (SHIELD) Base of Operations: SHIELD Headquarters, Paris Island, New York Height: 5' 11" Weight: 180 lbs. Eyes: Green Hair: White Known Relatives: Roy Harper (adopted son), Colleen Wing Queen (wife, divorced), Cassandra Queen (daughter) Known History: The bow-master known as the Green Arrow first burst upon the super-hero scene in 1976 when he joined other solo heroes Ms. Marvel, Hercules, Golden Pharoah, and Marina to stop the rampaging Blastaar from destroying Los Angeles. Deciding that they worked well as a team, they took the name New Champions and became the US's premiere super-team for nearly eight years. During those eight years, Oliver experienced a great deal of adventure. The team fought rebellion forces in the oceanic kingdom of Lemuria. They battled the mad god Set in the tombs of the Ancient Gods. They had many battles against their criminal counterparts, the Legion of Doom, which included Oliver's "dark twin," the mad archer Merlyn. During the last several years the team was together, much of their time was spent aiding Rom the Spaceknight against the alien threat known as the Dire Wraiths. It was then that Oliver met two of his closest friends. The first was the mystic mutant known as Forge, who adventured with the Champions for awhile, eventually becoming a reserve member. The other was Colonel Nicholas Fury, Field Director of SHIELD. The three worked closely together and eventually ended the threat of the Wraiths, with the help of Rom and a young scientist named Henry Pym. Also during these years, Oliver met Colleen Wing, a private investigator, adventurer, and half of Nightwing Investigations. The two fell in love, and when The Champions disbanded in 1983, the two were wed. Soon after Colleen was pregnant with their daughter, Cassandra. Not long after the disbanding of The Champions, Oliver joined former teammate Ms. Marvel and young ally Henry Pym in a newly started super-team, the Avengers League. Oliver stayed with the team for several years, having many adventures. In 1986, the death of former enemy Time Trapper from AIDS and Carol ‘Ms. Marvel' Danver's development of breast cancer struck Oliver hard, causing him to re-examine his life and role as a super-hero. Oliver quit the Avengers League with much scorn and contempt, and has not reconciled with the team to this day. Oliver left the super-hero scene for several years, taking time to be a good father and husband, and manage Queen Industries. He was forced back into his old life when Merlyn and Black Bison, wanting revenge for past rivalries, attacked Ollie and his family. The ensuing battle left Merlyn dead, Colleen Wing almost dead, and Ollie without a left eye. The eye was replaced by a cybernetic one created by Forge, but as Colleen recovered from her injuries, their marriage suffered, and soon Ollie and Colleen were separated. They would later divorce, but remain very close friends to this day. Oliver decided to embark on a solo adventurer career. This was short lived as he took a young teenager named Roy Harper under his supervision. Roy became his sidekick for a number of years, and the two became so close that Ollie eventually adopted him as his own son. Roy eventually left to join Team Titans, but later rejoined Ollie as an Agent of SHIELD. In 1993, Queen Industries came under attack from corporate raider Obadiah Stane. The battle eventually took a personal level, and Green Arrow was forced to, with aid of Iron Man, battle Stane in his "War Monger" armor. The battle ended with the death of Stane and Ollie suffering severe head injuries. Suffering from amnesia, Oliver awoke a different, darker person. He, thanks to the manipulations of Psycho-Pirate I, and long-time enemy, Set, became the White Bishop of the Los Angeles faction of the Hellfire Club. During this time he was quite a villain, and was even the consort of Lady Dragon, head of the criminal organization Silicon Dragons. He was eventually rescued and his memory restored, thank to SHIELD, Forge, and Carol Danvers, and he aided them in permanently destroying the LA Hellfire Club. Oliver then took a couple of years off from super-heroics, but was lured back at the request of the United States Government to help tame some of the wilder talents in Taskforce X. He spent several years with Checkmate as the White King and also spent a short time with Suicide Squad. Eventually, at the request of good friend Nick Fury, Ollie decided to become a field operative for SHIELD. After Nick's apparent death in 1998, Ollie took an unofficial role as Field Director, until he was officially named to the post in 1999. Powers: Oliver is a normal human at peak physical form. He is well skilled in many forms of unarmed combat, and very capable with a variety of firearms thanks to his time at SHIELD. Ollie is also a master archer, quite possibly the greatest one on the planet. |

Crane, Jonathan Alter ego(s): Scarecrow Group Affiliations: Suicide Squad Base of Operations: Belle Reve Prison, Louisiana Height: 6' 1" Weight: 153 lbs. Eyes: Brown Hair: Brown Known Relatives: Catherine (wife, deceased) History: Jonathan Crane was a brilliant man with a bright future ahead of him. He was a distinguished professor at Gotham University, considered one of the country's finest minds in the field of psychology, especially in the field of human fear. His first book, The Faces of Fear, was about to be published, and had received high critical praise from colleague's who had read advanced copies. He had a beautiful, young wife who he adored more than anything in the world. Everything looked perfect for Crane. Then Crane's world crashed down on him. Arriving home early one day to celebrate the news of his book's wonderful reviews, Crane discovered his wife in bed with another man. Crane's sanity snapped, and instead of confronting his wife, he fled to the country, where he crashed his car outside a farm. There, bloodied and bruised, Crane came upon a scarecrow and another identity for him emerged. So was born the Scarecrow. Crane returned to his wife and his job as though nothing had ever occurred. Then the deaths at Gotham University began. The killings were often very gruesome in nature. Student Jayson Moore had been dropped from the top of the five-floor science building. Teacher Marchelle Keel had a heart attack when she awoke in the middle of the night to a room filled with spiders. Student Jackie Woo had drowned in the school's swimming pool. The list goes on. The local authorities were unable to solve the crimes, so SHIELD Agents Oliver Queen and Kate Neville decided to investigate, partially because Kate's younger sister Alicia attended the university at the time. The Agents uncovered a pattern to the killings. It appeared that the deaths were linked because they had all died by their greatest fears - i.e. Moore had feared heights, Keel feared spiders, Woo feared drowning, etc. The Agents also discovered two more bodies. One was a young banker named Winston Fountane, who had been set afire and burnt to a crisp. The other was a woman named Catherine Crane, who had suffocated after being buried alive in Central Park. The Agents placed all the pieces together and came for Crane, but found he already knew they were on to him, and had disappeared. Over the next month, Crane teased and taunted the two Agents, constantly interfering in their lives. In a dramatic battle at night, at the Empire State Building, Jonathan Crane was finally apprehended, but not before he was able to take the life of Agent Kate Neville, throwing her from the top of the building. Only the intervention of Captain America prevented Oliver Queen from seeking vengeance on Crane by throwing him off the building as well. Crane was tried, convicted, and sentenced to nearly five hundred years in prison. Crane was sent to Belle Reve prison in Louisiana, and assigned to the Suicide Squad program. While there, under means that are still unknown, Crane has gained the ability to tap into the minds of others, pinpoint their fears, and create illusions based on them. Powers: As mentioned above, through unknown means, Crane has gained the ability to create illusions and low-level telepathic abilities, specialized in the area of a person's fears. The illusions are extremely realistic in nature. |
